Interview Advice for a Sophomore (Houlihan Lokey)

Hey everyone,

I'm currently a sophomore attending a Midwest target school (NU/UC). Fortunately, I've been selected for a 1st round interview with Houlihan Lokey CF (OCR) and I'd like some advice on how to best prepare myself for the interview. I've done a few interviews for sophomore programs at BB's, but those were mainly behavioral with very few technical questions (a couple basic questions on the purpose of a DCF). However, I know that middle market firms typically don't take sophomores so I expect an interview process that is similar to what upperclassmen face. That being said, do EB/MM firms ever make an exception to sophomore applicants?

My school doesn't offer any business programs and offers limited accounting courses. I understand basic accounting principles due to a high school class, but my technical skills are a far cry from what HL expects. What resources should I be looking at to prep myself for the interview? I've got about 5 days to prepare, so time is of the essence.
Thanks
