Interview attire for final round at a tech company?

I have a final round interview coming up at a tech company in their corp dev & strategy team. Should I be doing full suit and tie to this interview? I know tech companies are generally more relaxed and fit/culture is important. I was thinking slacks/button up and a blazer but I don't know if that's too casual.

The company IPO'd this year, so they're not very early stage but not super established either.
