Interview Cancelled 1 Hour Before
Had a first round interview scheduled with a firm since around a week ago. Spent a long time preparing, and now an hour before I receive an email saying they need to cancel. There was no other information in the email, and nothing about rescheduling.
Is this normal? What does one do in this situation? Do I assume it is over? Would seriously appreciate any help on the matter.

I guess, but it is weird as it was just posted, and I seemingly was interviewing pretty early. Also literally an hour before with no explanation gives me a weird feeling. Anyways, thanks.
Was in your shoes a couple times, would just respond with your availability and be understanding of the situation. If the position is filled, wasn’t meant for you anyways.
