Interview experience at Rothschild London for Internship

Any advice? Is the first round purely competency or are there some technical questions as well. Any input would be appreciated.

Cheers

Bump regarding the presentation.

I would just break it down into 3 parts:

  • Deal overview (who was involved, strategic rationale, deal terms, advisors)
  • Deal Details (Valuation, Analyst reactions, etc.)
  • Summary/Conclusion (What's your opinion on the deal? What is the strategic plan? Has the buyer said anything etc.?)

Does that make sense?
