Interview Peocess for Lateral VP hire in IB

Are interview processes for VPs quicker than thst for Associates? Because fewer layers to meet ?
My first round is with 2 MDs simultaneously
Knowing deals is baseline preparation, and so is demonstrating industry knowledge. I have execution abilities on my resume and can also demonstrate biz development readiness / capabilities
What other aspects should I prepare for?
Not sure how to differentiate myself from other folks in the process. I was an AN / ASSO in IB a few years ago and been in Corp Dev for last several yrs
