Interview with Equities Broker

I have an interview with a securities brokerage firm in NYC this week. I'm meeting with the the MD of the US branch (international headquarters and focus on Asia-Pacific) and was wondering what kind of questions I can expect from him. Formal interview but with informal circumstances (agreed to meet with me through mutual friend). Thanks for any help you can offer me.

sales pitch with random object or something in room, why do you want to do finance, and "TELL ME ABOUT YOURSELF." If you can't answer that and start the answer within 3 seconds, you run the risk of coming off confused or awkward. Is it a firm similar to Maxim Group, Louis Capital Markets, Neuberger Berman, or is it BB? Is it for "wealth management" (since you said brokerage), Ops, or IBD, S/T?
