Interview with GE Finance, what to expect?

I scored an interview with GE scheduled soon. The first step is a phone interview for the GE financial management program, recruiter spoke to me and said that there isn't really much that I can do to prepare and its best that I just be myself.

I know thats not the full truth, anyone who has gone through this know what to expect? Or know anything about their interview process at all? Please let me know anything you can, any info would be appreciated. Thank you in advance for any help.

There's no technicals from what I recall. It's essentially all behavioral, with a focus on why you want to join GE. Keep in mind, GE has a very specific culture and like to keep everyone internally. Give your long-term career goals within GE, and do NOT make any mentions of the desire to get an MBA or advanced degree. They generally despise MBAs, and want to keep everyone in the FMP-->CAS-->w/e role trajectory.
