"Investment Banking" internship at a large reinsurer?
I'm a sophomore who has an interview soon for an insurance capital-markets role at a large reinsurer in their NYC office. The job involves mostly helping out in the execution of Insuranced-Linked Securities transactions for high-profile clients, as well as analyzing and researching their exposures.
I was wondering how this opportunity would look on my resume for further internships in either bulge bracket or middle market investment banks, in particular for my junior year internship. Thanks!
I think it would look great for either insurance solutions group in asset management or FIG groups in IBs.
