Investment Banking Job With Disability
Hi, I am currently a student and am legally blind. Whilst I am considered “legally blind”, I can still do everything a normal person can do on a computer with zoom features or with special glasses for paper materials. I can usually do things or complete tasks that other people do in about the same time even with my disadvantage because I have adapted to the way I access things. I can still see everything just not as clear and need it to be bigger/closer. My dream is to go into investment banking (bulge bracket). Is this possible? When and how would I disclose my disability? Do I have any shot whatsoever at an internship/job?
