Investment Banking Summer 2024 Timeline - Sophomore
Hello, I am a non-diversity student entering my sophomore year of university. I am confused about the timeline (and overall process) for IB recruitment for Summer 2024. It seems there are a few programs open now, and have been open for a while, but as I understand it, many are for diversity. For example, MS has a summer IB sophomore program that closes in August, but from what I've heard, most spots are for diversity. I was wondering if anyone could help clarify the timeline (and process) with me. Is there a clear path to sophomore summer positions at BBs and EBs, or are they for diversity? Additionally, for non-diversity students, when do applications open/close for sophomore summer 2024? Cannot stress how appreciative I am of any help! Thank you.
