Investment Officer at IFC (World Bank)
I am taking a process to a position as investment officer in IFC, I had already made 2 interviews by Video and they told me the next round would be a written case plus financial tests in one of their offices.
Someone could tell me some insights on these tests? Which kind of questions do they ask?
Are they too complex or someone with good financial expertise would be able to answer it without a specific preparation?
If it requires some preparation, what would you suggest as a way to prepare for it?
Congrats on getting that far the IFC and World Bank programs are very prestigious. For the investment officer position I imagine you would be tested primarily on project finance modeling concepts.
Thanks. Would you know if it would be under a Q&A test format? Or under a modelling format relying on a case?
How did the final interviews go? I am also interested in IFC. I'm currently working in PE/VC with past experience in a large non-profit background looking to get in. Any advice would help. Feel free to PM me too!
Hi,
Have you had your interview? Would really appreciate if you can share your experience.
