Is a masters in finance a good idea for IB recruiting?
Started the recruitment process pretty late for IB (2024 grad) so unfortunately my current prospects are limited. Is it a good idea to pursue a masters in finance in order to try again for an IB analyst position? I can afford to do this given that I can graduate a semester early. Also, would a masters in finance substitute an MBA for PE firms that require it? Thank you for the help.
