Is FT Recruiting Simply Over?

I’ve been recruiting FT for 2026 and at this point I’m not sure if it’s appropriate to lose hope. I’ve been scouring but there seems to be no headcount anywhere and these AI capabilities don’t settle my nerves. What can I do if I’m about to graduate with legitimately nothing lined up?

I got my offer in February of my senior year. I do think that was one of my last opportunities to break in, though. Giving this terrible job market, I would recruit for IB adjacent roles .
