Is it always common for America's recruiting cycle to be way ahead recruitment in Europe?
Just asking this given I am a little too clueless about recruiting. I saw a couple of threads about recruiting for multiple banks for 2023, but so far nothing comes up on these banks websites for Europe (I'm based in London). Is this just the way things are?
