Is it considered rude if....
So I have an interview coming up with the head of a desk for sales and want to learn more about what they do on a daily basis, so as to come into the interview more informed and with great questions.
would it be weird if I called the VP who interviewed me for first round and ask additional questions prior to the superday with the desk head?
will this be annoying or seen as someone that's very interested in this position?

How did you close out with the VP? Get his/her card and did they offer for you to contact with additional questions, etc.?
