kids fresh off the graduation line are getting offers for jobs that internal hires are desperately wanting.
they even create jobs out of thin air to keep most of the rotational class, which boggles my mind. the rotational program is also closed off to internal folks. IMO, an antiquated BS system. recruit from where you want, but let internal people who qualify apply too or give them an alternative program!
