Is it possible that transfer from cc to UCB student get recruitment job?
I heard that first and second grade intership decide fourth last year intership pass or fail.
But college student or any transfer student can't get first,second year recruitment.
Than what should they do to get summer internship offer?
As an asian male, given the way you write, I suspect you're an international student from Asia. I'm going to be completely honest, if you talk the way you write, your English is probably not good enough to get an IB internship even if you had a 4.0 and were at UCB for 4 years.
International student from Asia here, will second this. No sarcasm intended, but if OP answers his behavioral questions with the same level of English that he wrote the post with, I don't think it's going to go well. Assuming OP wasn't sleepy/drunk/whatever when he wrote the original post, I would suggest working on English skills first before thinking about banking interviews...
