Is It Possible To Get a Finance Job in the US without a Degree from US college? (Question from an Immigrant)

Hi guys,
Here is some context: I am 23 y.o., originally from Russia, just moved to NYC. My total IB experience is 1 year: Project Financing Analyst and an internship at Equity Research. I graduated with a bachelor's degree in economics from a top university in Moscow (75th in the world ranking). What are my chances of getting a job in finance in the US, considering my background? Perhaps there are some firms I should look at when looking for a job without having a US degree?
Can you recommend good master's degree programs in finance in NYC\Chicago?
I would really appreciate to hear any opinion or advice from you, this would really help me.
Thank you!
