I know I am talking about back office here (not the mainstream discussions apparently), but I would really want to ask this question.
My undergrad / master degree were non-finance related. I have worked for 10+ years, and am currently working in a prop trading firm as IT manager. Would like to learn more about the chance of getting into BB / boutiques with a similar role. What would those positions be looking for?
