I applied for their position in London. They have a relatively small office (I think around 50 people). They are looking to increase their market share outside of Brazil/South America. From what I gather aside from FX hedging for BRL and ARS, they mostly offer products like revolving credit facilities, back up facilities, guarantees and term loans to support European clients which plan on investing in Latin America.

In Brazil they are BB in both retail and IBD (although in IBD the most prestigious are probably BTG Pactual and foreign Banks).

Hope this helps.

My buddy interned in NYC at Itau the past summer and I hung out quite a bit with his intern class. Most of them had some tie with brazil, either were from brazil, lived their at some point or had brazilian parents and all of them spoke Portuguese.

Not all where from target schools, I think if you have a connection to brazil and can network well, you have a shot at getting in. Good luck!
