Jane Street Fit Questions and Culture
Could anyone give me a brief description about the culture at JSC. I am preparing for a fit interview and I want to be on top of my game for the same.
Any input will be greatly appreciated!
jsc fit interview? are you at the last round? do a search. plenty recent threads. from my understanding at least the first few rounds are all quantitative. you do need to know what jsc is and why you would choose them over hf/sell side s&t, etc. other than that, mental math.

I asked the recruiter what kind of an interview its going to be, she replied saying its going to be mostly fit questions with a little math. The next round will be in-house interview. She told me no specific preparation is required, and the next round will be more quantitative. I was a little surprised to hear it is going to be a fit interview but at the same time a little relieved.
Every thread about JSC interview talks about the quantitative questions. A little input on their fit questions will be a great help!
You'll probably only get a few fit questions, and they will probably all be very generic. Your performance in the brainteasers will matter way more, so spend most of your time preparing for them.
