JHU MS in Finance good enough?

Hello! I’m looking to leave the Marine Corps after four years Supply/Fiscal Officer, and I’ll be finishing up my MS in Finance through Johns Hopkins shortly. I understand this is a new program and not the most reputable, should I apply and try to get into a stronger school to pursue an MBA through one of the top 5 or is the opportunity cost associated with missing 2 yrs of work not worth it? Thank you!
