Job Application - Additional Documents
Hi guys,
Whenever a job application gives you the option to attach additional documents, what do you usually include? Can this section make or break my chances?
I'm in Canada (Toronto), by the way.
Cover letter, resume and if you want, transcript. No more, no less
So why don't they just ask for a transcript then? Some applications let me attach like 7 different files lol
Not sure, HR policy maybe or whatever. But the actual interviewers only care about your resume and transcript (rarely cover letter)
