Job Market

Anyone else struggling to land acq roles (specifically West Coast)? I've been through several processes (case study, multiple rounds) and then have either lost out or the firm goes quiet. Recruiters ghosting left and right. Also have noticed that that there are multiple weeks between rounds. Please someone empathize with me!
