Job Switch Advice - Am I Being Dumb?

Hey Monkeys. Been having some thoughts recently about switching firms. I graduated a semester early about a year ago and been in my current role since May. I really like my team and the job overall, but all of my friends ended up in NYC while I moved back home to DC, and recently have been thinking of making a switch.

I told myself I had to wait at least a year but am I stupid for even considering a move? Am I going to be locked into my next gig for a while to avoid being deemed a flight risk? don't want to look back on my 20s regretting that I didnt spend it will all my friends in a tier 1 city. I also dont want to look back at my career and regret giving up (what I currently think) is a great role just to be around my friends more. Stuck at a crossroads and any advice would be appreciated.
