Job/HR portals at Banks/Financial Institutions.

GS must have THE WORST job application/HR online system. They need to just fork the money over for the Taleo system that JPM, Citi, CS, and BAML use.

MS is pretty shitty as well.

The ideal system is that of smaller buy side places where an email suffices but I understand that isn't ideal for a large bank. In which case MS and GS completely fail in this regard compared to their competitors. Barclays is pretty smooth though I must say.

I know I know, all you BSD's never use them because of networking but I just found it interesting comparing the different systems firms use for recruiting given that is one of the first and most visible ways they interact with some future potential employees.

MS is actually very good in my opinion from using it before.
