JP Morgan Operations Specialist - Bournemouth

I applied to this position and want some feedback on it. How competitive is it? Also how would the final round interview go being that I live in the states? Would they fly me out somewhere or conduct the final round over the phone/webcam? Any ideas on the pay or exit opportunities? I'm not exactly clear on what career path I want at this point so I'm looking for any advice possible.
