Junior Analyst/ Database Analyst Exit Opps

Can anyone share the potential exit opps for a junior analyst or a database analyst for that matter?

Looking into an entry level job as a junior analyst and would want to know the exit opps, and the duration for being an junior analyst/ database analyst.
