I had a final round interview for a corporate banking group on Friday. I sent transcripts in on Friday around 4:30 and the main interviewer responded in 10 minutes with a simple thank you. Today, I sent a follow up email to three people, including this main interviewer, and none responded back. Am I already dinged, or are they still deciding? There was 8 of us at the superday.

Generally firms try to get out offers pretty quickly. So they probably already gave one out. And now you are on hold as a backup candidate. There is a small chance that they just haven't given out an offer yet, though. Definitely not "dinged" yet, though, so hold out some hope.
Relax. HR concerns aren't always at the top of everyone's priority list and sometimes it takes a few days.
Thanks, my main source of hope is that it's close to Thanksgiving. Maybe HR or even the group is just busy with a short week.
Just as a FYI interviewers typically do not respond to thank you emails and only follow up if you have a specific questions. Outside of IBD, the response time is a lot slower, especially when HR is involved with the interview process (instead of just handling the logistics). I would expect a ~2week response time from these guys. I recently interviewed for a commercial banking program from a top bank and was told it would take 2-3 weeks.
With that said, I would really get your hopes up because more likely than not they are only looking to hire 1-2 people and at that level there will be plenty of people who are all very qualified/can do the work and it will come down to something really subtle. On a given day any one of you can change from #1 to #5 etc.

Would the recruiter know? He replied back when I emailed him yesterday too, and said a decision will likely be made next week. At a BB, even if the group notifies of an offer, wouldn't HR be notified too? I just wasn't sure if a recruiter is the HR person that would be notified.
I am not trying to be an ass, but he just emailed me out of the blue and was wondering.
Does anyone know BB employees will be working tomorrow? (thanksgiving)
