wait... are you considering applying to Goldman Sachs?
"Yes. Money has been a little bit tight lately, but at the end of my life, when I'm sitting on my yacht, am I gonna be thinking about how much money I have? No. I'm gonna be thinking about how many friends I have and my children and my comedy albums."
When a plumber from Hoboken tells you he has a good feeling about a reverse iron condor spread on the Japanese Yen, you really have no choice. If you don’t do it to him, somebody else surely will. -Eddie B.

To be sure get yourself checked out. Anyone know how to check as thoroughly as they do?

I believe they use third party contractors to conduct the background checks. On one of goldman sachs website pages it states "Goldman Sachs conducts background checks on individuals offered employment with the firm and employment with Goldman Sachs is conditional upon individuals successfully completing those checks. As part of the background check process, Goldman Sachs may need to obtain a record of disclosable criminal convictions from a government agency such as the Criminal Records Bureau. The firm has adopted policies on the recruitment of ex-offenders and on the retention, storage and disposal of criminal record information which are available on request."
Given what you mentioned, I think you will be fine. Many firms do indeed use a third party agency to check candidates out - their check largely focuses on felonies, financial crimes and complaints launched against you, investigations by the SEC, injunctions filed, etc. A littering charge should have no bearing on your career dreams.

True but I am just worried if they will un-reveal my amendments showing my original charges. Which they are capable of but I just don't know if they will do so and if my original charges if revealed will affect my chances of getting the job.

If I were you, I'd be a little more worried about the restraining order GS should probably be filing against you, Mr. Stalky McStalker.
