Laid off due to COVID ...

I was laid off from my job during COVID and want to do some soul searching to determine what I even want to do in life. I genuinely enjoy the concepts in finance, but absolutely hate the culture. I've worked in both IB and the buy side and think this industry is just brutal. Honestly, this is a pretty shitty time.

I don't even know what I would do if I left finance, and don't even know where to begin. Any tips on how to begin this soul search?
