Has anyone made the leap to associate from analyst after 2-3 years on the desk? Just wondering the likelihood of lateraling in hopes of a promotion. Are the associate interviews typically more difficult? I don’t see how an MBA associate could beat out a solid senior analyst. Thoughts?
