Lateral Associate Interviewing Process
Just kicked off a few interview processes for lateral IB associate roles. Im only applying to groups I already have experience in as I figured that would give me the best opportunity. Whats the interview process like since last time I recruited was for my analyst role. Is it going to be more industry oriented (given my experience already covering the industry), deal experience and process oriented, or extremely technical? Figure I would prep for all three but curious to see how anyone else's experience has been.
