Lateral Hire into Investment/IB with Low Undergrad Marks
Hi,
I will be working in a financial advisory role at a big 4 with a focus on the infrastructure sector, I want to eventually break into the infrastructure investment sector.
However my overall grades is only a credit average, I understand this would normally not pass thresholds for graduate programs but what about lateral hires?
I was thinking of doing a CFA and infrastructure/financial modelling courses to upskill and sell myself better in the future.
Any help is appreciated.
