Lateral hire process after case study
Hi All, first time posting here. Am currently going through a BB lateral process in London. Did a case study a week ago but haven’t heard back. The process is not that fast, I waited two weeks to get my second round, then another one week to get the case study. But since it’s been a week+ since I finished the case study and now am getting more and more stressed.
Usually how’s the process like after case study? Still expect to face another few rounds of interviews or usually case study is the last step?
Thanks for the advice!

Lateral hires take forever, especially if in London given notice periods are ~3 months so nobody is really in a rush. I've seen lateral process take 2-3 months.
