How different is the lateral recruiting process for banks at the analyst level compared to full-time recruiting to be an IB analyst?
Is there a traditionally a model test? Are technicals much more of a focus? Is deal experience heavily scrutinized? What is the process structured like? Are they typically much longer / shorter?
