Can't find much info on this online, but can anyone here share what are some of the firms in the infrastructure and project finance space that are open to taking in professionals with unique backgrounds (e.g. comes from a non-target, immigrant, etc). Currently a first year analyst looking to lateral from a no name boutique. Any advice is much appreciated.

the japanese and french banks are ones to look out for. If not, search for project finance boutiques and infrastructure boutiques in your domicile, i am sure there will be plenty.
