Lateral into IB
Currently a first year analyst at a real estate investment firm. I’d like to make the transition into IB and I need some advice. How do I best position myself to land an analyst role at an investment bank? What kind of skill sets are banks looking for in lateral hires? How should I go about networking? Appreciate the help!
