If I’m to lateral early on in my analyst stint (6 months in), will it be easy to integrate into the team/analyst class? I’ve heard that analyst classes tend to relatively close knit and was curious how laterals fit into it. Also if you leave your team that early on to go to another bank, what’s the conversation like when you leave. They won’t be happy but what are those subsequent 2 weeks like?
