lateralling from ER to IB in BB
I've been working in ER as an AN1 at a top BB since January. I'm decent at ER but have no ideas or desire to do research. I want deal experience. I live for the nitpicking small stuff. Making boring powerpoints, fixing that font or that color, building no brainer models is what I'm good at. I don't care about long hours. I'd like to lateral to IB but I don't see the point of going anywhere but a top BB since I'm already here. How do I do it? Can I internally lateral?
