Laterally from Big 4 Advisory to Accenture/OW/BAH, etc?

I have an offer for EY Tech Advisory in NYC for full-time. It's not ideal but I was hoping that with the role I could build up more quantitative and technical skills and either rise in the ranks and do MBA OR try and lateral to a better consulting firm or even tech firm. How hard is it to lateral from big 4 advisory to Accenture, OW, etc? What are the general exit opportunities from Big 4 Advisory?

I was also contemplating that if I got enough data analytics experience, I could think of quantitate hedge funds? But how reasonable is this? I'd love any advice
