not impressed with the people i know in this group. i know among lazard, they consider this a 2nd rate group as well. from what i heard, technicals weren't too difficult in the interview process.

 

Corporate Finance Financial analyst - Convertible Securities Advisory Group: Analysts will become integral members of the Convertible Securities Advisory Group team.

The group’s primary responsibilities are: (i) execution of convertible (debt and preferred) exchange and restructuring transactions (ii) origination and execution of new public convertible debt and preferred issues coupled with equity derivatives advisory (iii) corporate financial structuring advisory across industries. Exposure will be broad based, as the intimate size of the group and firm gives individuals the ability to gain experience in a wide range of corporate finance execution and advisory work, including partnering with the M&A and restructuring groups.
