Leadership opportunities vs Internship?

Hi. I am a sophomore studying finance and accounting and I am interested in IB. I am wondering what I should do for next semester. This spring. I took an internship with a bank for accounts receivable. It is very flexible and I am only required to meet 20 - 25 hours (I can work more over the summer) and the pay is pretty good (22/hr)The internship is not very time structured and I can continue with it until I graduate. My current plan is to continue with this internship just before Junior year summer but I am running into some problems. I am very active on campus and involved with lots of finance clubs but they tend to clash with my schedule. I tried to accomplish clubs, internship, and keeping my grades up but I am finding it to be incredibly difficult to manage all 3 and excel. My question, since I already have the internship on my resume, should I continue on with it or try to progress to leadership positions in organizations? Does commitment to an internship position matter more vs. leadership positions in school organizations?
