Leaving company for partner?
Saw one of the operating partners our firm works with is hiring. I’m very interested but not sure how to approach applying (it’s a small office and I work pretty closely with them)
Should I just apply online and wait or reach out to someone at the company? How awkward would it be if it didn’t work out?
