Letting contacts know you applied
This is probably really dumb to ask, but do I have to send my resume to all my contacts? Some just told me to let them know when I apply, so I haven't sent my resume to all my contacts, and was just planning on letting them know I applied. Is this a wrong approach? Should I ask to send my resume after I apply? I’m curious on how they can help me without sending my actual resume.
