Likelihood of return

Currently a summer analyst at an EB. Got told my work was improving, but that a first impression has been made and that all l can do is “try to improve.” Historically 100% RO rate, so I’m not sure what I can do to dispel the initial impressions. Any advice on how to navigate the situation or approaching FT recruiting would be appreciated.

Errors in formatting conventions, nothing insane. just concerned about recruiting FT smh

You should recruit FT ASAP. I received an identical feedback when I was interning back then from an EB, and it was that one asshole who was screwing me over. May not be the case for you, and generally people are understanding if you show improvement, but the type of feedback definitely indicates that you are somewhat off-track for return. It doesn't matter if 4/5 of your reviewer likes you if one wants to strike you down at a boutique. Best of luck.
