Linkedin Confusion
I'm a freshman at a non-target and I just created a linkedin. I connected to some immediate family members and search for "non-target university investment banking" and got tons of hits. I can see that these people went to my school and where they work now, but their names are hidden. I want to cold email some alumni, then possibly connect with them, but I can't do any of that right now. What am I doing wrong here?
freshman as in a month into university or super sophomore?
They are out of your network circle and the only way you can connect to them is to send them an Inmail. The other way is to upgrade your Linkedin to a premium account where you can view more in-depth details of their account but you still have to send an Inmail to connect.
