Looking for a Headhunter

So I am currently rounding up my 3rd year at a top 3 BB, and am looking for a bit of a change. I trade interest rates, mainly on the proprietary side. I'm looking to move to a desk (preferably within fixed income but I'm flexible) that has more client-based flow.

Anyone know of a good headhunter for fixed income trading? Or if not that specific, a good headhunter for trading in general?

Any deeper questions, PM me for details. Thanks guys

are you guys being real here.

to start, by definition, they "hunt" you, you don't go after them yourself. As the saying go, if you've got to ask, you aren't entitled to one.

Headhunters don't work for analysts/associates... unless you want a temp job-agency, try adecco.com... comeon guys these guys mean business, referring D/MD and maybe to scout VP for a D position.... you guys are seriously dreaming. my brother is headhunter for well known global firm, I met few of them before myself. Wait until you have 8 years under your belt finishing off VP, not a chance.

And specifically in trading, the "good" traders are well known in industry and firms use headhunter to approach these specific individuals.

Carfield, you're partly wrong.

As a senior in college I sent a few resumes to head hunters. They are willing to work with anyone to establish a relationship. Do you know how hard it is for them right now? You call them, send them your resume, and if it is good enough, they will interview you, and see if your a fit.
