Looking for the next step in my career

Hi guys, I am in the middle of a struggle trying to decide in which industry I should start after my 3 years of experience in auditing at a Big four firm. I currently finished a master in auditing and passed the cfa level 1. I decided a month ago that I would not like to pursue a career as an auditor so I would like to know if anyone can help me with the next questions that i have right now: 1. Is it possible to change to the transacctions department? How different would it be than auditing? 2. Since I have been involved in the audit of REITS. How likely is for me to get a job as an analyst at a real estate firm? Also what different deparments you can find in the world of REITS? 3. I am currently preparing for CFA L2 and taking wallstreetprep courses in order to get better at modeling. Any other field i should be improving? 4. Any tip for the interviews? (Website,..etc) Thanks a lot for your help guys

Your best shot right now would be an M&A department at the firm you are currently in, IMHO. Get it together and think about where you want to end up long term, real estate and M&A are very different... Also, why exactly are you doing CFA and why did you do masters in auditing if you didn't want a career in audit at the first place?...
