Looking to land a job in IB in Latam with no related experience.

For context, I am a 27 year old accountant, have experience in audit, accounting and operations with clients. I graduated 4 years ago. I am looking to land a job in IB in Peru. I have no clue on where to search or how to network. Any help would be appreciated.

Thank you. Do I have to wait for a recruitment season or are there other possibilities? Any tips that you can provide?

For regional BB or MM offices I am not sure but I image that they would follow some form of recruiting season. Most other places are regional boutiques and most likely hire on a rolling basis. For the latter, best thing to do is check their careers sections or email and ask.
